Participants who do not complete onboarding will receive trial access but will not have a fully operational/customized agent.

1. Sponsor:

The Giveaway is sponsored by L A AI Guy ("Sponsor").

2. Eligibility:

Open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and who own or manage a business that could benefit from an AI receptionist service. Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) of Sponsor, and any affiliated companies, agents, or promotion partners, are not eligible. Void in all locations where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Entry Period:

The Giveaway begins on February 1, 2026 and features ongoing monthly draws on the 1st of each month. Entries must be received during the Entry Period for the relevant monthly draw.

4. How to Enter:

Complete the sign-up at https://laaiguy.com/sign-up. Paste your promo code to waive the $499 setup fee, start your one-time 3-week free trial, and you will be automatically entered into the Giveaway. All entries (primary or AMOE) have equal odds and are treated the same. Limit one entry per person/email/business/household, as detailed in the Disclaimer above. Entries that violate this limit or appear fraudulent will be disqualified.

5. Prize:

One (1) winner per month will receive $10,000 equivalent in free AI receptionist service (extended free usage beyond the 3-week trial, based on standard call volume; approximate retail value $10,000). Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is offered. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Winner is responsible for any applicable taxes.

6. Winner Selection & Notification:

Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about the 1st of each month using Google's built-in random number generator. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Potential winners will be notified by phone or email using contact information provided at entry. Winner must respond within 7 days to claim the prize and may be required to provide verification (e.g., business ownership proof). If a potential winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to respond timely, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Announcement:

Winners will be announced live on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and contacted directly by Rand Alexander, Founder of L A AI Guy.

8. General Conditions:

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or technical failures affecting entries. Sponsor may disqualify any entrant for fraud or tampering. The Giveaway is subject to all federal, state, and local laws.

9. Release & Limitation of Liability:

By entering, you release Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability related to the Giveaway or prize. Sponsor is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses arising from participation or prize use.
